1: Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. 2: Cut the chicken breast in half, careful not to split it open. 3: If using the frozen spin dip, heat in microwave according to package for about 3 minutes. 4: Take two tablespoons of spin dip and place inside the chicken breast. 5: Follow up with 3 pieces of asparagus and secure chicken breast closed with a toothpick. 6: Heat on pan for 6-7 minutes per side. 7: Place extra spin dip on leftover asparagus (or other veggies) and put on a baking sheet or skillet in the oven at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 8: Plate it up and enjoy!
