1: Melt coconut oil over the stovetop on medium heat in a large pot. 2: Add in your honey and nut butter. Turn off heat and add vanilla. 3: Add in cereal and pumpkin seeds; mix altogether. 4: Pour mixture into a 9x13” un-oiled pan, place in the freezer to set. 5: Once rice crisps are set, melt your chocolate and pour on top spreading it out with a knife. 6: Garnish the pomegranate seeds in the still-melty chocolate. 7: Store in either the fridge or freezer, depending on what consistency you like.
