1: Sauté onion and jalapeño in the spices. 2: Once it’s been 5 minutes or so, add the diced tomatoes, rotel, and tomato soup. 3: Then dump a can of water and a can/serving of chicken broth, and a can/serving of beef broth (or use water + scoop of chicken/beef bouillon). 4: Add two raw chicken breasts. Cover and cook for 1 hour. 5: After 1 hour, take the chicken breast out, shred the chicken, and add it back in with diced tortillas. 6: Option to serve it over rice, or as is with cheese, avocado, green onions, cilantro, etc.
