What you need

can coconut milk

tsp ginger
tbsp gochujang

tbsp curry paste

shallot

tbsp olive oil

rice noodles
Instructions
Heat oil in pot and add shallot until cooked through. Add curry paste, gochujang paste, and ginger and let cook for a couple minutes. Add in coconut milk and bone broth, bring to a boil, mix and then turn off heat. Pour into serving bowls and put noodles in. Top with green onion, cilantro, chili oil or chili onion crunch (got mine from TJs) and enjoy! 😊🍜View original recipe
