Instructions
1: Cook Banza chickpea pasta according to package instructions and drain. 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped red onion, cucumbers, mini bell peppers, pepperocinis, salami, mozzarella balls, and Parmesan. 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, pepperocini juice, and red pepper flakes. 4: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well to combine. 5: Serve chilled or at room temperature.View original recipe
