tsp vanilla bean paste

cup honey

tbsp maple syrup

tsp pumpkin pie spice

cup oats
cup nut butter

cup coconut milk

cup greek yogurt

tsp vanilla extract

cup chia seed

cup medjool dates
Instructions
1: Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. 2: Blend dates in a food processor. 3: Combine all other ingredients and mix. 4: Store in the fridge for 15 minutes before rolling into balls. 5: For brownies, preheat oven to 350°F. 6: Combine all brownie ingredients in a bowl. 7: Place in a parchment-lined brownie pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 8: For chia pudding, blend coconut milk, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla, and maple syrup. 9: Add chia seeds to the meal prep container and pour the blended liquid on top. 10: Stir immediately and leave it out for 15 minutes before refrigerating.View original recipe
