What you need

tbsp coconut flour

cup maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

cup pumpkin puree
cup nut butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 mins. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate with 1-2 tsp of coconut oil. I used @hukitchen chocolate nuggets which don’t require coconut oil to melt- love them. Dunk balls in dark chocolate and top with flaky sea salt. Refreeze to set for ~10 minutes, and then store in your fridge for the week!View original recipe
