Delicious raspberry turnovers using puff pastry that are perfect for the holidays. These turnovers are filled with a raspberry mixture, honey goat cheese, and topped with almond and sugar for a delightful finish.

What you need

tbsp granulated sugar

tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest

tbsp corn starch

puff pastry sheet

goat cheese

cup water
egg

tbsp coconut milk

pinch salt

slivered almonds

natural cane sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2: Combine filling ingredients over the stove until it resembles a thick jam. 3: Thaw puff pastry at room temperature. Divide into 6 squares. 4: Place filling and honey goat cheese in the center of each square. 5: Brush sides of squares with water and fold over, pressing with a fork to secure. 6: Freeze turnovers for 10 minutes. 7: Combine egg, milk, and salt, whisk together, and brush atop turnovers. 8: Add shaved almonds lightly pressed into dough and sprinkle with raw cane sugar. 9: Poke holes on top of each pastry before putting in the oven. 10: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden on top.View original recipe
