What you need

shallot
cup cooked chicken

fl oz buffalo sauce

cup spinach

tbsp rice vinegar
clove garlic
tsp salt

cup nutritional yeast

lemon

cup basil
cup nuts

head butter lettuce

Instructions
1: Chop the butter lettuce or romaine and place in a bowl. 2: Chop baby cucumbers and add to the salad. 3: Add shredded carrots to the salad. 4: Toss the cooked chicken in Buffalo sauce and add on top of the salad. 5: In a blender, combine all the dressing ingredients: herbs, spinach, garlic, shallot, lemon juice, olive oil, nutritional yeast, nuts, salt, and rice vinegar. 6: Blend until smooth and creamy. 7: Drizzle green goddess dressing over the salad and enjoy.View original recipe
