What you need

yellow onion

can tomato soup
can rotel

tsp salt

can water

oz cheese

avocado

tsp cumin

bunch cilantro

tsp chili powder

cup sour cream

bunch green onion

jalapeno

chicken bouillon

Instructions
1: Sauté onion and jalapeño in the spices. 2: Once it’s been 5 minutes or so, add the diced tomatoes, rotel, and tomato soup. 3: Then dump a can of water and a can/serving of chicken broth, and a can/serving of beef broth (or use water + scoop of chicken/beef bouillon). 4: Add two raw chicken breasts. Cover and cook for 1 hour. 5: After 1 hour, take the chicken breast out, shred the chicken, and add it back in with diced tortillas. 6: Option to serve it over rice, or as is with cheese, avocado, green onions, cilantro, etc.View original recipe
