tbsp water

cup coconut oil

cup granola

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla

cup almond flour

cup black walnuts

cup jam

raspberry

tbsp chia seed

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1: Make 'flax egg' by adding ground flax and water to a small bowl and set aside. 2: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a pan with parchment paper. 3: In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. 4: Add one tablespoon of your flax egg and almond flour to the bowl and stir until consistent. 5: In another small bowl, add crushed walnuts. Roll cookie dough into balls and dip into the flax seed mixture and walnut mixture, then set them on the baking sheet. 6: Make a thumbprint in the dough balls for the jam. 7: If making your own jam, in a nonstick pan, heat raspberries, chia seeds, and coconut oil until desired consistency. 8: Add jam to cookies and bake for 15 minutes.View original recipe
