cup coconut cream

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Spray muffin tin with oil or line with baking cups. 3: Lay ham slices down in the muffin tin. 4: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of ham. 5: Crack an egg into each cup. 6: Add salt and pepper to taste. 7: Cook for 18-20 minutes. 8: Garnish with green onions and store for up to 5 days. 9: Combine nut butter, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a bowl. 10: Line baking pan or bread loaf pan, pour the combined mixture, and top with melted chocolate. 11: Freeze for 45 minutes, then cut into bars and store in the fridge. 12: Soak cashews in water overnight or at least for 4 hours, then rinse. 13: Add soaked cashews, water, coconut cream, salt, and vanilla to a blender and blend well. 14: Store in the fridge for up to a week.View original recipe
