What you need

tsp butter
fl oz mayo

cup greek yogurt

tsp sriracha

tsp garlic powder
clove garlic
tsp salt

tsp olive oil

tsp pepper

tsp fresh chives

yukon gold

oz parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Thinly slice the gold Yukon potatoes. 2: Stir together olive oil, butter, parm, minced garlic, thyme, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 3: Combine the butter mixture with sliced potatoes in a bowl. 4: Stack the potatoes in a sprayed muffin tin. 5: Cook in the oven at 375°F for 45 minutes, checking halfway and flipping if the bottom starts browning. 6: Top with fresh parm, herbs, and aioli. 7: For the aioli, mix about 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1-2 tsp sriracha, and 1 tsp garlic powder.View original recipe
