cup coconut oil

pinch salt

cup maple syrup

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp vanilla

cup dried cranberries

cup oats

cup pumpkin puree

cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
1: Combine dry ingredients (oats, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, pumpkin pie spice, chocolate chips, salt). 2: Combine wet ingredients (pumpkin purée, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, PB, vanilla) separately. 3: Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. 4: Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet. 5: Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. 6: Let sit for 15 minutes before breaking it apart.View original recipe
